Do you provide international shipping?

Do you live outside of Scandinavia and want to use a Kitchen Helper in your home? Now we offer worldwide shipping with FedEx. Shipping costs may vary for different countries. You can easily check the shipping cost for your country when you add the shipping address before payment. Please note that even though you see all the prices in your country's currency, the final charge will be made in Norwegian Kroner.

Should I pay any extra fees?

All Kitchen Helpers and other Montessori furniture are sent daily from our European warehouse. If you live in any other EU country, there are no extra fees. Please note that some countries outside of the EU may apply extra fees when buying from international online stores. Please do your research with your local tax office if you are unsure about this matter. In any case, Kjøkkenhjelper.no is not responsible for any extra fees or taxes that may apply in your country.

How long will my package take to arrive at my location abroad?

We ship every day from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 10 o'clock will be shipped the same day. Regular delivery time is about 4-5 business days. This may vary in some countries, and we recommend placing your order with some extra time if it is a gift.

Can I order kitchen accessories alongside Montessori furniture as well?

As of today, we offer international shipping ONLY for Kitchen Helpers in all models and for all other Montessori furniture (also balance/climbing frames). If you wish to order larger quantities of any accessories, please contact us by email at kundeservice@kjokkenhjelper.no .

I am trying to place an international order, but I get an error message while entering my address. What should I do?

First, please double-check that your address is entered correctly. If it is, please contact us by email at kundeservice@kjokkenhjelper.no with your complete address and country, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
