After the order is completed, you will receive an invoice via email or EHF with a simple payment link. This allows you to complete the purchase quickly and efficiently. We offer different delivery options, and the delivery time varies between 3 and 5 working days, depending on where in the country you live and the type of delivery you choose. The delivery time may vary slightly. Are you looking for a gift for a child and is concerned that it will arrive on time? Then we recommend booking well in advance and you can also contact us at e-mail kundeservice@kjokkenhjelper.no so that we can give you an estimated delivery date based on your address.
Kitchen helpers and other children's furniture are sent directly to your door with FedEx (TNT). You will receive an automatic email with tracking information after entering your order. You can also track your order here. All other kitchen items and children's toys are sent with Bring. Smaller goods are shipped as a package in the mailbox, while larger goods are sent for pickup in the store.
The only model supplied pre -assembled is Kitchen aids foldable. All other kitchen helpers are delivered unmounted in a flat package, delivered directly to the door. They are very easy to mount (lighter than most IKEA furniture, to give a comparison). You can also read This blog post, where you find a step -by -step guide with photos so you can familiarize yourself with the process before you start mounting. In addition, there is a simple mounting instruction in the package.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer click & pick up in Asker. But if you want to pick up a kitchen aid yourself, you can check if there are available products in Outlet department Spring at Green Kids & Moms Store at Løren in Oslo.
