Seller is Kitchen Hjelper Norge AS, kundeservice@kjokkenhjeper.no, phone number 94868508, organization number 931098462, and is referred to in the following as the seller/seller.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.

Payment

The seller may claim payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.

As of today, you can pay by card through strip or flip or use Klarna to use partial payment or invoice solution. 

If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged the same day as the item is shipped.

When payment by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued by shipment of the item. The payment deadline is shown in the invoice and is at least 14 days from reception.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by subsequent invoice.

Delivery

Delivery has happened when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the thing. 

We send the goods the same day or the day after. The delivery tends to take circa 4-5 working days, but it may take slightly shorter or slightly longer delivery time.

Right of withdrawal

We understand that buying quality child furniture or other children's equipment can be a great investment for your family, and we want to give you security when you shop with us. That is why we have upgraded our return conditions to give you an even better buying experience.

We offer 14-day return rights from the time received, and if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the total value of the item, except for delivery costs. This means that if you want to return an item, you will receive a full refund for the item's price. To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or without marks, and in the original packaging.

To start the return process, you can easily contact our customer service through contact form or by email kundeservice@kjokkenhjelper.no, and we will send you a return label. Then just deliver the product to the nearest mail in store.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the return product. After that, you will automatically receive a refund with the original payment method. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for the bank or the credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lack of the item - The buyer's rights and complaints deadline

If a defect is detected in the item, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was detected or should have been detected. We ask you please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If errors or omissions are detected in the packaging or product, please contact us and send a picture of the error. 

We will then help you find a solution. If only a part is wrong, we can replace it. If the damage is significant, we can send a whole new product. If you would rather use the right of withdrawal, you will get the money back. 

You have up to 2 months after errors or deficiencies have been detected or should have been detected, to advertise. It is important to advertise as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the processing of the case. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to solve any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Solving

When you shop at Kitchenjelper.no, you get a one -year product guarantee on all products and two to five years of claims right in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

The product guarantee covers only errors caused by production defects and which was found on the product upon delivery. In order for the product guarantee to apply, the production error must be detected and ascertained by kitchen helper.no. Depending on the situation, you can be offered a free repair, a new product or reduced price. The warranty does not apply if the error is due to factors other than production errors or whether you yourself have caused the damage.

If you would like to advertise or make the product guarantee applicable, please contact our customer service via our contact form. We will ask you to describe the error on the product and send us clearly image material that documents the error so that we can help you further in the process. We will refund the amount as soon as possible after we have received and recorded the defective product in our warehouse.

Kitchen -aid.no will of course cover the cost of the return shipping if you claim the product guarantee or the right of complaint.
