Selling

- The parties: Seller is kitchen -aid.no, Vipeveien 23b, 1384 Asker, kundeservice@kjokkenhjelper.no, org.n. 92067367 and is referred to in the following as the seller/seller.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.

- Payment: The seller may claim payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged the same day as the item is shipped. When payment by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued by shipment of the item. The payment deadline is shown in the invoice and is at least 14 days from reception.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by subsequent invoice.

- Lack of the item - The buyer's rights and complaints deadline

If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer can in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act Chapter 6 according to the circumstances keep the purchase price back, choose between correction and delivery, claim price reduction, demand the agreement raised and/or demand replacement from the seller. Complaints to the seller should be in writing.

Correction or delivery: The buyer can choose between claiming the defect or delivery of similar things. However, the seller can oppose the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Correction or delivery shall be made within a reasonable time. In principle, the seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts for the same defect.

Price reduction: The buyer may require an appropriate price reduction if the item is not corrected or decided. This means that the relationship between reduced and agreed price corresponds to the relationship between the value of the thing in defective and contractual condition. If special reasons why the price reduction can be placed equal to the lack of significance for the buyer.

Raising: If the item is not corrected or declined, the buyer may also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.

- Conflict resolution:

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. sections 9 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes in amicable. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority is available on telephone 23 400 600. The European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant, if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
